Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Melbourne - I-95

Everything was perfect about the hotel and staff. What wasn’t perfect was inconsiderate tenants walking heavy/stomping across the floor til 11:00 pm at night and starting 7:00am & earlier in the morning. How can a person not realize there’s people below them? Thought it would get better when kids left, but adults only moved in and they were just as bad. Great hotel, just be sure & stay on top floor to avoid rude tenants!

Even though the breakfast is only grab n' go the staff are nice, friendly, helpful. The location is right off of the highway and isn't far from several food places. Franny is one of the best front desk staff that they have.

Absolute lifesavers. I was in a serious bind with the hotel I originally booked. Extended took us in without any notice at all and unusual pets. I seriously don't know what I'd have done without their understanding and help. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. I just can't say enough good things about this hotel.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I travel. It is always clean, it's super roomy, pet friendly!!! If you are vacationing or on an extended business trip, here is perfect for you, as the kitchen area is amazing! You don't have a rinky dink little fridge or tiny microwave. The kitchen sink is nice and deep. It's bigger than the kitchen sink I have at home. The beds are always comfy. Larry, in maintenance, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He does everything with a smile. One of my Favorite things about this hotel is that it locks down at 10 pm. You must be a guest to enter. Thank you! For making me feel extra safe. :)

Francesca was very lovely and helpful. I stopped by the front desk several times to pick up some household items, including towels, and she always had what I needed available. She was quick, friendly, and professional. I believe she is one of the managers.

This is coming from a very picky person. Don't look no further!! Hot water Everytime you shower this is the place to come to the best in town! Everything is A1 at this location. The staff members here are phenomenal; any issue that may arise is always fixed in a timely manner. A couple of months ago my AC unit went out, and it was fixed promptly. This location has the best maintenance personnel around. Larry has made my stay comfortable; everything that needs to be fixed is fixed. Larry keeps this place running smoothly—no leaks, no cracks. no noise when Larry is on it, and for the women that are at the front desk Cassie and Kayla You couldn't ask for a better crew. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. You make this place feel like home when you are away from home. Thank you, everybody. All the personnel at this extended stay location are great. I have stayed at a previous Extended Stay America across the road from here, and this one is by far the best one yet. #### Larry,Larry,Larry is the guy to call.. I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable right away.

Stayed here for an extended period and was consistently impressed. Housekeeping did a great job, the front desk team was responsive, and the property felt safe and well managed. Strong choice for both short and long-term stays.
